Koala and Crumb Bakery is a dream baked to life, all the way from Perth, Australia to Panama City, Florida. Audrey made the move in July 2022, trading Aussie shores for the Emerald Coast, where she married her husband, Tony, and began a new chapter.
Audrey’s love for baking started at a young age, inspired by the simple joy of sharing good food. From crusty breads to beautiful cakes and pastries, her passion has always been about creating treats that taste as good as they look — with a little Aussie charm mixed in. Think quality ingredients, thoughtful craftsmanship, and baked goods made to be shared.
After settling into Panama City, Audrey noticed there wasn’t a dedicated bakery focused solely on handcrafted breads, cakes, and pastries. That spark — paired with a lifelong dream — was all it took. Koala and Crumb Bakery was born to bring fresh flavors, warm hospitality, and a touch of Australia to the local community.
